Covasna Hotel
4 stars caravanserai located in Covasna town on an 8269 m2 site. The building is structured as follows: underground elevated level, ground floor, 4 floors and a usable runner.
The hotel’s ground level surface is 2223 m2. The unfolded area is 10000 m2.
The main functions of the hotel are: accommodation in double rooms and flats; restaurants and bistros provided with adequate kitchens and store rooms; physical therapy, water cure, cardiology clinics, water pools and Jacuzzi, fitness, bowling and entertainment games, commercial area.
Medicine Factory built at GMP standards
The first medicine factory built in Eastern Europe at GMP standards is located in Brasov on a 30000 m2 site.
We have designed the medicine factory and the buildings linked to the factory: The Medicine Manufacturing Hall; The Raw Materials and Finished Goods Warehouse; The Bomb Shelter and the Wash House, as well as some existing manufacturing facilities, in compliance with GMP standards.
The medicine manufacturing hall is a superposed building having a 3200,0 m2 built surface at the ground level. The bearing structure of the hall is made of metallic elements.
The generators and the technological utilities providing the internal microclimate (the heating station, the ventilation, the acclimatizers, and the backwater) are located at the first floor.
Spaces for locker rooms, sanitary rooms and tommy shop have been placed at the first floor, as well. All the other spaces are used for the medicine manufacturing process.
The raw materials and finished goods warehouse is made of metallic structure on a concrete foundation insulated on the ground level on a 1200 m2 surface.
The Bomb Shelter (underground level and ground level) is a reinforced concrete building, with a 170 m2 bearing brick surface at the ground level.
